Seriously though, that's super cool we get it. You are welcome to return your product to us so that we can re-home him, we will just need a few details from you first:
- Drop us a note within 7 days of the receipt of the goods with an intent to return. Email us at hello@poolbuoy.co
- Items returned to us without prior written consent will be deemed abandoned and not eligible for a refund.
- The item must be in it's original glory with full packaging, including box and be in a new/unused condition. We will not accept product returns that have been used or do not have all original packaging.
- Once your return have been approved, pop me in the post using registered post and packing.
- When he makes his way back we will process your refund.
