- Drop us a note within 7 days of the receipt of the goods with an intent to return. Email us at hello@poolbuoy.co
- Items returned to us without prior written consent will be deemed abandoned and not eligible for a refund.
- The item must be in it's original glory with full packaging, including box and be in a new/unused condition. We will not accept product returns that have been used or do not have all original packaging.
- Once your return have been approved, pop me in the post using registered post and packing.
- When he makes his way back we will process your refund.

Very happy with my purchase. It feels thicker than normal inflatable pools so hoping it will last several years (nut end up in landfill) I love the patch repair and the big water outlet. My kids love it!!! I’m looking forward to relaxing in it while the kids are at school.
